The Data Trust was created as an organization to help preserve information of a personal nature. Its formal objectives are as follows:
To secure, preserve and protect long term storage of multi-media memories, life stories and obituaries.
To further inter-generational awareness, knowledge and bonding by managing such information retrieved from a wide network of family, friends and contacts
To act as a compassionate medium for support, positive action and reconciliation for those suffering from grief due to bereavement
